A native Bigueno, an Ilocana and a Sagittarian, born on December 18, from Vigan City, Ilocos Sur-one of UNESCO's World heritage site. JUDY as she is fondly called graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Northern Philippines with Civil Service Eligibility and Certificate in Caregiving at Naturales Training Institute Vigan as well.
An amiable, optimistic and a cheerful lady who loves singing as Music really uplifts her heart and soul. A choir member since childhood she loves acting on stage where she was a member of the Zarzuela Ilocana Troup in Vigan City. She is also into sports such as volleyball and lawn tennis. Cooking, baking native delicacies and cakes are her passion too.
Before working overseas, she was an accounting clerk of the Connell Securities, Inc., a member of the Philippine Stock Exchange in Makati and a marketing secretary of the CAP/CAPP, a pre-need company in Vigan branch. Presently working in Hong Kong for 6 years now and will soon be working in another foreign land for greener pasture if God permits. A hardworking individual who can work under pressure with utmost care and dedication to her job and maintains a good relationship towards her fellow workers and within the family as well, the eldest among four siblings who love and support each other through thick and thin. One for all, all for one! Discover Judy...a beauty within!
